We are looking for capable individuals who are able to translate marketing and retail environment strategies into customers programs, gather market intelligence and identify shopper insights to develop and roll out effective shopper engagement programs (including promotion plan, merchandising program, display drives, sampling, new product distribution planning, etc.) in our Indonesia subsidiary.
What you will do
Core Responsibilities:

Translate marketing and retail environment strategies into omnichannel customers programs

Gather market intelligence and identify shopper insights to develop effective shopper engagement programs

Roll out shopper engagement programs including promotion plan, merchandising program, display drives, sampling, new product distribution planning etc

Actively participate in Colgate Business Planning (CBP) Discipline and perform analysis of retail environment versus plans monthly performance review volume, sales, level of investment, GTN, market shares, distribution, 5Ps, and adjust strategies based on main findings / opportunities
Day-to-Day Responsibility

Regular visit trade to gather information on trade activities, capturing learnings and insights, using them to improve and enhance Colgate's programs

Keep database of competitive activities and promotions, drawing insights and applying them to Colgate's programs

Coordinate with key account managers for shopper program opportunities and requirements

Coordinate with marketing on merchandising materials design and development

Work with suppliers/local agency for the adaptation, procurement and on-time and complete delivery of all merchandising materials

Evaluate effectiveness of shopper programs implementation

Plan and coordinate execution of promotion and display plans with key account managers and Distributor Trade Marketing Manager

Lead effective implementation of detailing plan, monitoring and analyzing the results and taking steps to improve performance

Identify and implement opportunities for product sampling

Coordinate new product launches planning

Set expectations and provide guidance to distributor representatives to ensure clear understanding of Colgate's standards

Performs other duties as assigned

Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
-
Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field (marketing, business, etc.)

At least 5 years of experience in key account management, trade marketing, category management, etc.

Omnichannel management experience would be a plus

Proven analytical & strategic thinking capability

Possess good grasp of financial insights (P&L) to recommend initiatives and achieve financial goals, understanding the financial impact on the business

Self-starter who can work well both independently and across multi-level stakeholder groups

Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to change in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Google suite of products (especially in Sheets, Docs & Slides)
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
