Are you ready to redefine the customer experience using cutting-edge data science and AI? As our SC Customer Collaboration Specialist, you will be the analytical engine, translating complex data into precise inventory replenishment models for our premier customers. You will utilize advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to achieve aggressive "in-stock" targets and maximize supply chain efficiency. This role is pivotal in influencing national forecast accuracy by integrating internal and external data streams to forge strategic, data-led demand plans. Join us to spearhead innovative, AI-enhanced improvement projects and champion a data-driven, inclusive culture within a world-class supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Influence national forecast accuracy by collaborating with Planning and Sales teams to improve the distribution of finished goods inventory.
  • Partner directly with top customers and sales teams to identify efficiency opportunities, leading technology assessments and logistics improvement projects.
  • Develop and maintain robust analytical reports to track key metrics, identifying trends that impact inventory levels and best-in-class service performance.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics and AI-enhanced tools to continuously optimize supply chain operations, develop comprehensive performance reports and interactive dashboards, and drive measurable efficiency gains.
  • Manage end-to-end customer and order processes, ensuring service level performance aligns with established customer requirements and benchmarks.
  • For customers who have VMI, drive VMI strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce costs, and ensure replenishment orders accurately reflect customer-specific trends.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 6+ years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or data analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to utilize complex software systems/applications to interpret data and drive informed decision-making, coupled with a strong willingness to utilize AI tools and deep enjoyment of data analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer facing experience
  • Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
  • Demand or Supply Planning experience
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, CAPA, Value Stream Mapping).


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $109,600.00 - $155,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
