Role Summary:
The Associate Business Development Manager plays a critical role in enabling the Grocery team to flawlessly execute our business imperatives and drive growth. This is a highly cross-functional and collaborative role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, solution-oriented mindset and creativity.
The Associate BDM will be a key liaison between the Grocery Sales Team and our cross-functional partners in NY.
Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Accordingly, all applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and must not require the Company's sponsorship to continue to work legally in the United States.
Responsibilities:

Partner with the Grocery Sales Teams and internal cross-functional partners to create and execute innovative growth strategies.

Enable the key objectives to improve sales results, win market share and drive financial returns on the Grocery team.

Drive superior in-market Retail Operations execution via clear, actionable and time-bound objectives.

Track and measure results; continuously optimize.

Support existing national displays and - when needed - create, route and optimize new display vehicles for the team.

Lead account specific digital coupon process and activations for the Grocery team.

Lead operational planning on Hispanic Strategy Activation Programs.

Develop multi-faceted Hispanic Strategy execution tactics and ensure implementation.

Act as a liaison for the New Item information for the Grocery Team.

Coordinate BSBF van visit requests and logistics from Grocery to Retail Marketing.

Drive incremental Seasonal and Holiday sales.

Assist with analytical and administrative tasks across the team as needed.

You'll work closely together with the Grocery Sales Team, collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and lead external partners to drive business performance.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required

3+ years of Consumer Product Goods experience required

Microsoft Office or Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs) required
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account preferred

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $86,000.00 - $121,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
