Job Summary

 

The Key Customer Manager is responsible for managing high level complexity key customers, maintaining a long term relationship with them and maximizing sales opportunities.

 Key Job Responsibilities

  • Builds strong and valuable long term relations with all key customer stakeholders: buyers, store managers, distributors, etc.
  • Achieves the Company’s goals in terms of sales and distribution for the key customers by partnering effectively with the Retail Execution Team, Consumer experience team, CS&L, Finance to achieve company 
  • Develops annual business plans for all key customers according to the Company Strategy, to drive profitably, increases sales, volumes, distribution and market share.
  • Provides deep analysis of performance trends and monitors KPIs in order to identify valuable insights to define and implement effective action plans to improve performance. 
  • Understands customer’s needs to recommend business solutions.
  •  Provides coverage of stores to understand business dynamics.
  • Ability to lead autonomously complex customer negotiations

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor/Master’s Degree Required, (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)
  • Previous experience of minimum 4 years in a commercial role (a customer facing relevant experience is considered a plus);
  • Strong negotiation skills; Customer orientation/Problem solving attitude in challenging environment
  • Highly self-motivated; Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and relationship building skills;
  • Proven ability in time management, planning/priority setting, and managing budgets
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (in particular. Excel) and ability to learn company specific tools & programs
  • Languages: Italian mother tongue, English fluent
  • Valid driver’s license required

 

Location: Roma or we can also evaluate Bologna or Verona.
