Key responsibilities: 


  • Supports IT in validating the data sources and mapping it correctly into Colgate-Palmolive systems
  • Maintain data integrity over time as data sources are added and refreshed
  • Owns the centralized eCommerce sales dashboard – ensuring it remains up-to-date and is reported out to key stakeholders at the agreed to cadence.
  • Develop and advance the user interface for brand and account teams to easily pull data from where it is stored
  • Develop standards and best practices for data sourcing from retailers in order to improve efficiency
  • Facilitate the usage of data through monthly team reporting, leadership updates, and annual planning processes


  • Influence senior stakeholders on technology platforms and needs to stay ahead of the development curve of what will be needed for Colgate-Palmolive in the future
  • Support brand and account teams with complex data and analytics requests to produce data for use for planning and with retailers

Other Responsibilities: 

  • Keep a close relationship with procurement teams to keep up-to-date on best in class tools (reporting, AI analytics) in the market needed for our business deliverables
  • Teamwork with Global teams, Divisions, Hill’s or Skin Health sharing best practices

What you need: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Tools: Intermediate Level - Microsoft Office and Google Suite // Basic Level - Google Data Studio, R or Python
  • Experience: 3 or more years of general experience with at least 1 year of analytics experience
