Who are you?

 

This new role will support the Walmart eCommerce CDMs (Customer Development Managers) with all things related to ecommerce. This role will elevate Colgate’s online business knowledge by translating data into insights, integrating knowledge into opportunities & ensuring Colgate’s footprint on all Walmart ecommerce platforms is outstanding.

 

We are looking for someone who is curious about the way our shoppers use ecommerce every day & how we can use this information to drive true business growth. Ideally, you have some exposure to ecommerce customers today. You enjoy understanding our shopper & our customer, and are passionate about finding new ways to engage with them. You are naturally curious and enjoy data manipulation to find solutions to problems or uncover untapped opportunities. You are organized, efficient & passionate about ecommerce, and want to learn as much as you can about Walmart ecommerce.

 

 

Here’s what you’d be responsible for:

 

  • Lead the item set up process through walmart’s portals & ensure our speed to market is outstanding
  • Take how our brands look in walmart.com personally, and have ownership of everything content related - from images to titles to search word optimization, you’re invested in it all. Why? Because you understand that our content is crucial & it’s how we look to our shoppers and ultimately drive purchasing decisions
  • Lead the weekly, daily & monthly reporting, ensuring it’s delivered accurately & in a relevant way for all the Walmart CDT members. You are proficient in Google sheets & can clearly visualize data.
  • Be a crucial part of the monthly process - helping with forecasting & aligning media plans with supply chain. You’ll also go to on how new launches are performing because you can identify causes of 5P activities' performance, both internal and external.
  • Work cross functionally with other team members to ensure alignment of strategy across categories and brands, as well as share your knowledge and insights through the whole team.
  • Be a Champion of eCommerce within Colgate’s Walmart Team & in the organization

 


Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficient in Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • At least 1 year eCommerce customer management experience is required
  • Currently working with online customers in the consumer goods (or similar space) is required
  • Experience using Prodigi and/or Clavis will be positively received
