Position: Oral Care Consultant

Location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ, BRA (Areas of Operation: Tijuca / Vila Isabel / Botafogo)

Job Summary

Responsible for building long-term relationships with dental professionals to drive the effective recommendation, prescription, and in-office usage of Colgate’s oral care and professional product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical-scientific visits to dentists to promote oral hygiene and professional product lines through detailing and sampling.

  • Manage direct sales of personalized and electric toothbrushes, as well as professional product lines in dental offices.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with the assigned dentist base to increase prescription rates and coupon redemptions in partner pharmacy networks.

  • Analyze territory data, generate field reports, and apply a Business Mindset to transform the area through planning and analytics.

  • Visit partner pharmacies to boost demand and support lower-performing points of sale driven by local dentist prescriptions.

  • Meet established daily/monthly visitation metrics and sales goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, Dentistry, or related fields.

  • Experience: Commercial experience in sales, customer service, demand generation, or business plan development. Experience in the dental segment is highly desirable.

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel and Google Sheets are mandatory).

  • Language: Basic to Intermediate English.

  • Other Requirements: Must reside in Rio de Janeiro (Tijuca, Vila Isabel, or Botafogo areas) and hold a valid driver's license.

  • Coverage Area: Dedicated focus on the Tijuca, Vila Isabel, and Botafogo zones.

  • Travel: Field visitation across the assigned territory.
