Job Summary
The FP&R Team Leader has overall responsibility for driving the FP&R program site-wide within the Richmond Plant. The person in this role will facilitate and coordinate the rollout and implementation of Factory Performance & Reliability Standards and will work closely with the Leadership team and key business unit resources and team members.

Leading site-wide implementation of the Factory Performance & Reliability Standards;

Participation in Factory Performance & Reliability audits;
-
Analyze current process streams across the functions within Richmond (including work methods, inventory, etc.) and identify opportunities for improvement;
-
Ensure that streamline manufacturing principle (such as facility operational strategy, shop floor data) are effectively implemented and maintained;
-
Report status and results of continuous improvement projects to management and employees

Education/ Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field
-
3 years of manufacturing experience
-
Intermediate computer skills in MS Excel and Google Suite Applications
-
Understanding of the plant equipment and equipment controls in manufacturing areas
-
Meet business needs by flexing scheduled work hours or contributing additional work hours when needed
Preferred qualifications include:
-
Experience with SAP, OPERA, Tableau and/or DOMO, Google Visual Data Studio, SWIS
-
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-
Experience with AU modeling

Physical Requirements

Able to sit, type, and use a computer keyboard 2-8 hours per day

Able to stand and walk 4-8 hours per day

Able to climb stairs/ladder and use forklift 1-4 hours per day as needed

Able to perceive visual and audible alarms, receive and transmit radio communication, and wear required personal protective equipment while performing duties in the production areas
