Position Title: Retail Shopper Marketing Manager
 
Function: Customer Development (Sales/Trade Marketing Function)
 
Work location: Klongtoey Head Office/  WFH every Friday
 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop & implement activity idea to drive growth category/brand in each Retail Environment  

  2. Implement analysis required for category review, by Retail Environment (one-way) 

  3. Develop Assortment Strategy – by Retail Environment.

  4. Develop Placement Strategy – merchandising guideline & planogram,  by Retail Environment & by customer.

  5. Adapt communication materials for all touch points.

  6. Develop Retail Category Management budget guideline – covering brand activity, program JBP/Shopper.  (Allocate in-store investment & media vehicles across customers )

  7. Go-to-Market

  • Based on input from Marketing, develop ‘category/ Retail Environment-oriented’  GTM process  & Selling Story  
  • NPD- Tracker & Distribution gap identification, first 3 mths post-launch  

     8. Be part of JBP process

  • Internal – customize  category/brand insight  from Marketing to be ‘by Retail Environment’, with adding on growth activity ideas.
  • External  - attend  JBP with customer, present Category & Brand growth plan  and  actively participate in discussion. (category / brand growth plan – Retail Category Management provide ‘by RE’ and combine with ‘by customer’ input from Shopper Development Management)

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
     
  • Key Skills: Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a consumer-centric mindset; proven ability in teamwork and collaboration.
     
  • Expertise: In-depth understanding of consumer and shopper insights, as well as category management.
     
  • Business Capabilities: Solid business acumen and proficiency in financial analysis.
     
  • Language: High proficiency in English.
