Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Marketing Manager to drive growth and manage local trade channel P&Ls in Nicaragua. Sitting within the Commercial team, this pivotal role acts as a primary bridge between strategic planning and local execution, directly influencing market share and Net Sales results as well as key financial ratios. You will cascade retail marketing inputs into the Colgate Business Planning (CBP) process and drive the flawless execution of 7Ps across retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity to proactively respond to competitor trends and deliver sustainable sales and share growth for Colgate-Palmolive’s market-leading categories.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the execution and performance monitoring of Go-to-Market plans and 7Ps strategies across diverse Retail Environments (RE) to maximize market share and achieve financial goals .
  • Lead the Colgate Business Planning (CBP) process and cross-functional monthly commercial meetings, ensuring alignment across demand planning, sales, and marketing functions .
  • Conduct rigorous financial and retail environment analyses to diagnose category opportunities, recommend new product price points, and manage consumer promotion expenditures
  • Collaborate closely with Shopper Development Managers and regional teams to reinforce customer plans utilizing deep shopper insights .
  • Build and deliver high-impact commercial presentations for product launches, promotional grids, Budget Reviews, and Country Visits .


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Marketing and/or Sales
  • Advanced proficiency in English


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies
  • Previous experience magaging the Walmart Account as a KAM or Brand Manager
  • Financial knowledge and analytical capabilities tied to trade channel P&Ls
  • Proven understanding of diverse retail environments and commercial execution strategies
