Overview:

As the  Direct Trade Executive (Operations), you are responsible for achieving sustainable growth in sales, profitability, market share and product distribution. You will also play a crucial role in strengthening organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

What you will do:

  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and other company KPIs for assigned products, Channels or territories.

  • Manage and drive In Store Execution for all new product launches and Big Hits to deliver 5P's KPIs including planograms and reduce Out of Stock issues

  • Provide monthly reporting on competitor, category and product information and publish new launch status in Distribution, Market Shares and In Store Execution

  • Lead a team of Merchandisers to ensure effective coverage, frequency of visiting the assigned stores or customers and 5P's execution

  • Monitoring the performance of the local team and motivating members to meet or exceed projects or assignments given.

  • Coach and give feedback to the team to effectively execute the company plan and strategies

  • Propose sales order during every store visit, consistently check for correct product assortment, effective utilization of POP and availability of pricing

  • Procure additional second site displays for planned promotions or to reduce stocks inventory and stocks aging at the store level

  • Develop the customers through relationship building and customer focus execution

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Comply with all policies and standards

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business related studies

  • At least 6 years of Sales Operations Management experience in the FMCG business

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive executional excellence and business results

  • Strong commercial understanding and analytical skills

  • Strong planning and organization skills.
