Role Summary:
The Professional Marketing Manager (Andina) is responsible for leading professional communication, digital engagement, and go-to-market strategies to drive dental professional recommendations and consumer conversion for the Oral Care portfolio across the Andean region. Acting as the strategic bridge between global & divisional guidelines and local commercial priorities, this role orchestrates the development of specialized content, omnichannel digital strategies (including CRM and influencer networks), and the execution of major dental conventions and KOL partnerships. Additionally, the position drives demand generation through sampling and "chair-to-sink" pharmacy conversion initiatives while managing regional budgets and using analytics and AI to maximize growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities

Integrated Content & Detailing: Collaborate with global and local teams to adapt and develop high-quality, regionally relevant detailing materials, communication assets, and commercial priorities for the field force.

Professional Digital Strategy & Influencer Management: Lead the professional digital ecosystem (websites, CRM, social media) in partnership with the IBE team, while building and nurturing a network of digital dental influencers.

Strategic Amplification & Event Leadership: Drive internal and external communication for key professional initiatives, managing end-to-end strategy and execution for major dental conventions, scientific associations, and KOL partnerships.

Demand Generation & Commercial Conversion: Design and execute initiatives to stimulate dentist recommendations, overseeing sampling, in-office branding, and "chair-to-sink" programs (e.g., coupons, advisor training) to drive pharmacy sales.

Budget Management & Competitive Intelligence: Secure and manage budgets for advertising and professional initiatives through leadership presentations, while closely monitoring competitor activities and market dynamics.

Data, Analytics & Innovation: Champion professional analytics capabilities to identify market growth opportunities using syndicated data, while establishing the AI roadmap for the professional area.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing strategy, project management, and agency leadership

Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and varied-sized group situations to commercial and professional partners and other employees of the organization

Google Tools advanced management, Excel intermediate to advanced, knowledge of AI tool like Chatgpt or Gemini

Fluent Spanish and English
Prefered Qualifications

Advanced Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing, Digital, or Business (concluded or in progress).

Industry Expertise: Specific experience in Professional or Pharmaceutical Marketing.

Digital Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in CRM, social media tools, and digital search platforms.
