About the Role
Are you a natural leader who thrives in the high-energy environment of a manufacturing plant? Do you possess the unique blend of technical grit and human empathy needed to inspire a frontline team? As our Production Supervisor, you will be the heartbeat of our Focus Factory floor. You won't just oversee a shift; you will hold true ownership over transforming raw materials into world-class finished goods, driving operational excellence every single day.
This is a pivotal role where your leadership directly impacts our success. You will champion top-tier Safety and Quality standards, lead the deployment of advanced manufacturing methodologies (like Autonomous Maintenance), and actively build a highly skilled, motivated workforce. If you are an assertive, collaborative problem-solver who loves connecting with people and wants a high-visibility role where you can truly make your mark, this stage is yours!
Core Responsibilities
-
Drive Floor Excellence: Own and execute the daily production schedule, collaborating dynamically with Production Planners to adjust to market demands while scaling factory performance metrics.
-
Champion EHS & Quality: Act as the ultimate guardian for Environment, Health, Safety, and Quality standards. Lead root-cause investigations for shop-floor exceptions and implement bulletproof corrective actions.
-
Empower & Develop Talent: Foster a high-performing culture across both permanent and temporary workforces. You will lead shift rotations, vacation scheduling, and training matrices to ensure your team has elite capabilities.
-
Mastermind Digital & Inventory Flow: Lead physical inventory counts (Cycle and Wall-to-Wall), audit controlled materials, and leverage SAP to execute seamless monthly financial closures.
-
Lead Positive Labor Relations: Be the first line of support on the plant floor. Resolve daily operational conflicts, manage union and non-union concerns with high empathy, and keep team morale at an all-time high.
-
Fuel Continuous Improvement: Lead Autonomous Maintenance (AM) programs, track manufacturing KPIs, and partner with Productivity Engineers to eliminate waste and optimize yield variances.
Required Qualifications
-

-
At least 4+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
-
Proven experience as a people manager (leading frontline teams on a manufacturing floor).

-
Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Strong shop-floor management experience with a track record of driving positive union and non-union relations.
-
Exceptional soft skills, including proactive initiative, deep empathy, resilience, and high determination.
-
Elite negotiation and assertive communication skills to manage cross-functional priorities.
-
Familiarity with Autonomous Maintenance (AM), 5S, and problem-tagging systems.
