Job Summary

The HR Associate/Trainee position is responsible for benefits management, payroll processing and HR administrative support to Hill´s CEEME organization in accordance with the local internal policies and local laws. The position also supports HRBP in daily HR tasks, procedures and projects. 

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Payroll & Attendance
    • Administration of the Attendance system (registration/deregistration of EEs, reminders, reports)
    • Collection of all payroll related documents from employees, their scan to the personal folders
    • Input payroll data and reports for successful closure of monthly payrolls

  • Benefits management
    • Benefits registration/deregistration (collect all documents needed from EEs)
    • Preparation of reports for vendor and payroll purposes on monthly basis
    • Policy management
    • Answering all benefits related questions to employees and managers

  • Reporting and Administration
    • HR SAP data maintenance, periodical SAP data validation
    • Creation of purchase orders and processing of invoices
    • Preparation of employment contracts and other employment documents
    • Cooperation with finance department, answering questions, recharges preparation and verifying monthly/yearly variances, participation in budget preparation
    • Providing analysis for compensation and benefit planning
    • Preparation of periodical and ad-hoc HR statistics and reports

  • Onboarding and exit process
    • Supporting pre-onboarding and onboarding process of new hires (communication with the new hire, collecting all required documents, ensuring entry medical check is performed before the start day, preparation of employment contract, accesses, announcements etc.)
    • Supporting exit process (ensure exit form and all exit documents are filled and handed over)
    • Cooperation with the people manager, office, IT and finance department in onboarding/exit process
    • Conducting a welcome meeting with the new hire (sign the contract, inform about benefits, internal folders, onboarding plan) or exit meeting

  • Support HRBP in recruitment, people development and in other HR related tasks

  • HR projects and events
    • Coordination of Live Better program and other HR events or training for employees with the cooperation of the local admin team. Be a back-up of the Office Coordinator/Assistant if needed

Education/ Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor´ or Master´s degree in HR, Finance or Business Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience during studies in HR or finance analytical role, preferably in a multinational corporation
  • Experience with HR SAP or payroll processing is an advantage

 

Expected Areas of Skills 

  • Proficiency level in MS Office (especially in excel) or G Suite tools
  • Previous experience with analysis and reporting 
  • Knowledge of CZ/SK Labour code as advantage
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
