Commercial Manager CZ/SK
Job Summary
-
Responsible for achieving budgeted volume and net sales for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Hill’s sells directly to customers in the Market.

Manage wholesaler business operations within specified markets by implementing strategic orientation and organising appropriate level of resources to achieve short and long term sales and profit objectives

Effectively build and manage mutually beneficial on the ground relationships
-
Supervises Customer Development (Field incl AM, eCom), Marketing and PCV (14 people)

Education/ Experience Requirements
Basic qualifications include:

Strong Sales / commercial background mandatory

Knowledge of local markets and understanding

Successful wholesaler/direct trade management experience

Very good negotiation Skills

Fluent in English/ Czech (written and spoken)

Education: University degree
-
Minimum of 8 years commercial experience within FMCG

Experience in managing teams
