Job Summary

The Plant Procurement Analyst will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Packaging Lab teams to manage technical and operational resources. Working closely with specialists and Purchasing Managers, this role will help accelerate cost-saving projects, ensuring timely benefits without compromising implementation quality. The Plant Procurement Analyst will focus on project management, visibility, and coordination, but will not be responsible for procurement activities.
 
 
 
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and track project activities to ensure deadlines are met, including participation in the development of timelines and tracking task completion.
  • Support the evaluation process for new packaging materials or raw materials in both laboratory and production settings, and help maintain quality indices.
  • Maintain and update project schedules, calendars, and task checklists for all team members.
  • Compile, organize, and distribute weekly reports, meeting minutes, deliverables, and other relevant project documentation.
  • Maintain updated lists of action items, responsible parties, and due dates; assist in preparing presentations and progress reports for team and management.
  • Facilitate internal communication through reminders and messages to keep all stakeholders informed of project status.
  • Collect basic metrics and progress data for project management tools; assist in database and FTG system updates.
  • Provide logistical support, coordinate meetings and materials, and assist with validations in packaging labs and production lines.
 
 
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or recent graduate in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience in process and project automation.
  • Experience in Supply Chain.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
 
 
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with SAP, BW, DOMO, visualization tools, and understanding of international markets.
  • Knowledge in the application of AI and/or programming to automate project management and communication processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email, internet use, and project management tools.
  • Previous experience in database management or using FTG systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
  • Experience supporting projects in manufacturing, engineering, or packaging environments.
