The Warehouse Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness of our warehouse operations. The incumbent will interact closely with our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners to supervise and improve key warehouse functions. The primary responsibilities include overseeing physical inventory, conducting global quality audits, handling financials and successfully  orchestrating crisis management when required.

 

This role is vital in driving analytics to discover new ways of optimizing our inventory management processes, contributing to cost savings and operational efficiency initiatives and delivering direct impact on company bottom line.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the E2E Warehouse operational activities, to include inbound/outbound activities from sourcing locations. Management of overall inbound/outbound capacity levels of warehouse space utilization, responsible for management short, middle and long term constrained plan.

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external 3PL partners: Maintain strong communication channels with teams with our supply chain organization and the 3PL’s Operations Manager/General Manager to address daily operational challenges and collaborative opportunities.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of physical inventory counts. Regularly compare inventory data from SAP with the Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Metrics Monitoring & Improvement:

    • Supervise critical metrics such as On-Time Delivery, Service Level, and Case Fill rates.

    • Analyze inbound and outbound schedules and the receive-pick-ship process to ensure they align with operational targets.

  • Quality Audits: Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

  • Crisis Management: Lead crisis management efforts to address any operational disruptions, ensuring that contingency plans are in place and driven efficiently. 

  • Optimization & Value Creation: When 3PL performance is optimal, identify and drive cost-saving initiatives in collaboration with the 3PL.

  • Financial Oversight: Run the financial aspects of the warehouse, including budgeting and cost control.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Minimum 1 Year of experience in Logistics, Warehouse, Inventory or related fields

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Ability to work on weekends and after hours once a month

  • Ability to travel occasionally to visit a 3PL in person 

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field

  • Strong data analytical skills – ability to research, identify requirements, collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data, and present findings insightfully. 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $72,400 - $101,500 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
