Supply Network Design Manager
The Supply Network Design Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of an optimal category sourcing strategy for the North America division. This role encompasses both existing and new products. Tasks include managing regional capacities and maximising global resources to ensure exceptional service and cost efficiency. The manager will seek opportunities for improved product sourcing, design and model network strategies, and develop supply resiliency plans to mitigate business interruptions.
The role works with end-to-end supply chain functions, collaborating with regional and global teams in Marketing, Packaging, Research and Development, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Customer Services, and Logistics.
Responsibilities:
Budget and Mid-Year Review

Ensure that key assumptions and calculations for production volume are consistently applied and aligned across all relevant processes, while maintaining close coordination with key stakeholders to validate and refine the assumptions.

Work closely with plant teams to support the Budget and MYR processes.

Assist in equipment capacity planning to ensure optimal utilization and accurate forecasting.
Strategic Sourcing and Supply Chain Optimization:
-
Develop and support cost-effective sourcing strategies for both existing and new products, ensuring alignment with commercial needs and incorporating local and global in-house and co-manufacturer sites to deliver exceptional service quality. Actively participate in sourcing studies and coordinate product launches to ensure smooth startups and timely supply.

Participate in sourcing network modeling and the continuous improvement of the end-to-end (E2E) supply chain. Collaborate in the creation of reimagined roadmaps. Provide strategic capital investment advice to align production capabilities with business goals.
Capacity and Resiliency Management:

Review medium to long-term demand patterns for plant and category to ensure adequate capacity and capability in the supply chain

Create and maintain a resilient supply chain by identifying potential risks, establishing preventive measures, and developing sourcing strategies for unforeseen disruptions
Process Improvement and Operational Efficiency:

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in data analysis, reporting, and communication.

Enhance processes to improve operational efficiency and information accuracy.

Compile reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for efficient monitoring and global reporting.
Lead Funding the Growth (FTG) Program

Lead the North America divisional Funding the Growth (FTG) program, aligning with the strategic framework to identify and drive savings opportunities through product sourcing, operational efficiencies, simplification, and Reimagined initiatives.

Collaborate with functional project leaders across various departments to identify, validate, and ensure the timely implementation of validated cost-saving initiatives

Co-facilitate with the finance team to gather and organize data on regional savings projects. Create comprehensive reports and present to collaborators, providing insights into the savings achieved through various projects. Provide annual training to teach and reinforce fundamentals of the FTG program
Required Qualifications:
-
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or economics-related field (e.g., engineering, logistics, supply chain, procurement, R&D, or other related fields)

5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, encompassing areas such as industrial engineering, planning, sourcing, production, procurement, demand planning, inventory management, and/or distribution.

Strong skills for and genuine interest in systems, data, and analytics.
-
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Proven project management skills, including the ability to work effectively within virtual teams.
-
Capability to coordinate and autonomously supervise project important metrics.
-
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate changes and improvements within the organization.
-
Practical experience with plant and product cost structures. Proficiency in SAP and BW systems. Strong mathematical skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of sophisticated data to formulate conclusions and recommendations.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:

Solid understanding of advanced analytical and reporting tools (e.g., SmartSheets, Minitab, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, or similar).

Proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, and Docs). Previous experience using SAP for various business processes.

Experience with databases and proficiency in SQL language.

Expertise in using visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo, Power BI, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru & Data Guru, Alteryx).
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115,200.00 - $163,000.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
