This team comprises a variety of global roles and focus areas, including operations, engineering, process development and innovation, procurement, network operations, project management, factory performance & reliability, packaging, continuous improvement, and supply chain management.


The Network Operations Analyst, Global Supply is responsible for supporting Global and Regional Network Design and modeling, product sourcing initiatives that include but are not limited to: supporting product sourcing strategies for existing and new products, driving product simplification, consolidating global capacities and contingency plans, seeking savings opportunities for mid and long term funding the growth, maintaining Global Supply KPIs, support Global Supply Chain reimagined initiatives and leverage analytics and digital tools in all network operations activities.

Key interfaces include Global Marketing, P&D, I&S and PD&I, Global Procurement, Global Demand, Regional Network Operations, Engineering and plant teams.


  • Network Design and Modeling – Participate in the creation of sourcing strategies and models to deliver cost optimized, resilient and agile supply chains. This required direct participation with sourcing studies to determine optimum sourcing locations, as well as, where products are made.
  • Capacity Management – Maintain Global Capacity Reports to provide updated information on each facility’s short and long term capacity plans. Ensure supply chain sourcing plan provides adequate capacity and capability to support future business growth. Coordinate efforts to develop a detailed Supply Chain Contingency plan that is useful in case of a catastrophic event and interruption in the supply chain.
  • Product Simplification – Support efforts in global and regional formula and packaging harmonization / standardization to reduce costs and improve factory flexibility and service. Understands the impact of new formulations and production in the factory and supply chain.
  • FTG – Identify global savings opportunities through product sourcing and simplification initiatives. Work closely with the Global and Regional teams to ensure projects are on track and the savings are captured correctly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering field.
  • At least 3 years of Plant Operations and/or Engineering experience in the Supply Chain.
