We are looking for a highly motivated Supplier Diversity Analyst or Specialist to join the Global Procurement team! They will support the delivery of Colgate’s Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Sustainability 2025 strategies, enabling the success of underrepresented groups' and women-owned businesses and driving social impact by creating a more inclusive world. They will push the delivery of supplier diversity insights and reporting solutions for the team and collaborators across the organization globally. They will be instrumental in sourcing, developing, and supporting the inclusion and success of diverse suppliers within Colgate’s global supply chain. They will act as a critical internal and external advocate championing and promoting diverse supplier inclusion and carrying out diverse supplier storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Create and update Tier 1 (Colgate diverse supplier spend) and Tier 2 (Colgate's prime supplier diverse supplier spend) reporting.
  • Build and update supplier diversity dashboard with key metrics and targets.
  • Develop reporting execution and process automation efficiencies.
  • Ensure accurate and on time delivery of all supplier diversity reports.
  • Maintain diverse supplier registration portal, current certified diverse supplier database and Tier 2 data input portal.
  • Assist with developing innovative solutions to increase supplier diversity spend.
  • Support Procurement team with sourcing diverse suppliers including using third party tools and other methods.
  • Support engagement with functional leads and business partners to review and manage diverse supplier spend portfolio.
  • Partner with Procurement team to expand diverse supplier representation across all spend categories by ensuring diverse supplier inclusion in all sourcing and Request for Proposal activities.
  • Support global program expansion working with supplier diversity champions on sourcing, inclusion and reporting for all supplier diversity activities
  • Support and track mentoring and capacity building efforts with diverse suppliers, business leaders and external agencies including diverse supplier forums, training programs and one on one mentoring.
  • Support and track Tier 2 program activities coordinating with Procurement team on contract adherence.
  • Set up annual prime suppliers meetings to mutually share DE&I goals and objectives.
  • Assist with responding to DE&I related surveys and related external supplier diversity information request.
  • Manage internal and external communication/outreach to support and promote diverse supplier inclusion such as sourcing opportunities and sharing diverse supplier stories.
  • Coordinate with ERGs and applicable Diversity, Equity & Inclusion councils to integrate and promote supplier diversity efforts.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relevant technical field.
  • At least 2 years of practical work experience in Procurement or Project Management.
  • Understanding of sourcing, receiving, invoicing, and/or accounts payable processes.
  • Analytical expertise and accuracy, critical thinker, curious; ability to dig deep into new system functionality.
  • Ability to prioritize projects, develop a strategy for executions, and deliver program results within deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills (e.g., analytical, quantitative and conceptual thinking) required.
