The Business Process Analyst is tasked with engaging directly with the business, comprehending its processes and requirements, and then translating these into precise technical specifications for the development and maintenance of diverse applications within Colgate's Human Resources division. This role necessitates adept project management skills to ensure timely execution with top-notch quality. Additionally, the incumbent will collaborate closely with various stakeholders including business teams, CBS, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT colleagues to address daily support issues and undertake project initiatives spanning different business sectors across global locations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the technologies that enable Career & talent development, succession planning and Employee Central in SAP Successfactors along with Time & Attendance.
  • Supervise the development of HR technology, and execute the objectives catering to the above mentioned areas (like Successfactor Learning, SuccessFactors Succession Planning Tools) in a high growth environment. 
  • Execute the implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity.  
  • Conduct Security and Architecture reviews: work with HR Global Learning, Cybergrx system and representatives, HR Vendors GIT Security team, GIT Architecture team to facilitate Security and Architecture reviews for new and sometimes existing vendors.  
  • Lead project management with offshore development centers and software vendors to develop and implement systems in the core areas of People development, Performance and Goals Management, and Employee data management projects. 
  • Partner with the various CoHRE and CBS teams on HR processes in Performance and Goals Management, Time Management  and Employee data management.
  • Maintain standards of system performance & reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes & continuous improvement 
  • Adhere to global governance, project steps & documentation 
  • Independently connect with business to understand the requirement and recommend a suitable solution 
  • Function as central coordinator balancing priorities for her areas of responsibility, working with our India GSSO organization, tracking SLA progress against plans
  • Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and changes in the world of SAP Successfactors development and other technologies. Adapt to these changes by self-training and research work  

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or related field with 5+ years of experience
  • In depth knowledge of multiple development tools & SuccessFactors
  • Programming skills is preferred
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause
  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business process knowledge in Human Resources
  • PMP certification

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $91,200.00 - $151,200.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements

  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
