What you'll do

  • Develop a deep understanding of business processes, industry practices, and technology in the area of analytics to support the Customer Development Organization
  • Collaborate with business leaders across the globe and find opportunities in the areas of sales analytics. 
  • Translate business needs into long-term solutions that can be scaled up to multiple divisions and subsidiaries across the globe. 
  • Lead a team of highly motivated individuals with skills such as business analysis, data engineering, analytics engineering and data visualization
  • Identify new use cases and pilot innovative solutions with the goal of identifying approaches that can be scaled globally
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and subject matter expert for sales related insights, ensuring tracking and measurement of actions based on these insights
  • Build and communicate strategy and ideas to key stakeholders and decision makers
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve the organizational goals


Basic Qualification

  • 5+ years of experience supporting analytic initiatives focused on sales
  • 1+ year leading a strong analytics team
  • 2+ years of working experience with tools such as Snowflake, DBT, Airflow and Domo
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of advanced analytics techniques and industry standards
  • Demonstrate ability to translate analytic insights into actionable strategies
  • Ability to build and communicate strategy with all levels of stakeholders
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Demonstrate curiosity, have a growth mindset and a can-do demeanor


Salary Range $112,000 - $164,850 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
