We are looking for a Project Manager to own the execution of key growth initiatives within our global organization. You will lead three to four concurrent, highly complex, cross-functional projects from inception through commercialization. You will influence strategic alignment across matrixed teams, ensuring that projects meet critical timing, cost, and deliverable milestones. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will champion project management excellence by developing standardized global tools, delivering training frameworks, and informally mentoring team members across the broader organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Define Project Strategy & Initiation: Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project scope, establish comprehensive project charters and secure executive sponsorship for complex, multi-divisional growth initiatives.

  • Drive Timeline & Critical Path Execution: Develop, integrate, and actively manage master project timelines across functions, defining the critical path and proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating long-lead risks to protect timelines.

  • Deliver Cross-Functional Execution & Accountability: Chair action-oriented team meetings and leverage advanced collaboration technologies to streamline workflows.  Lead and hold accountable subject matter experts across R&D, Commercial, Supply Chain, Packaging, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Legal, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of work plans.

  • Lead Executive Governance & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary interface to senior and functional leadership, providing transparent, data-driven updates, facilitating timely decision-making, and conducting periodic project milestone reviews.

  • Build Organizational Capability & Operational Excellence: Collaborate with global partners to standardize project management methodologies, develop and implement formal training tools, mentor team members, drive continuous improvement from post-launch learnings and identify emerging industry trends and tools to elevate our project management framework.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 8+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of managing multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.

  • Experience in the CPG, Pharmaceutical or Food industry.

  • Advanced technical proficiency in Smartsheet/Microsoft Project, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead, influence, and navigate multi-functional barriers without direct authority in a highly matrixed, global CPG environment.

  • Professional Project Management Certification and/or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

  • Strong data-driven decision-making capabilities alongside exceptional communication and continuous improvement methodologies.
