We are looking for an expert Solution Architect to join our Digital Advertising Applications team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, you will use some of the leading cloud-based marketing technology to develop and deliver digital advertising technologies and solutions to help drive our data activation and measurement strategies. 

 

You will join a team of hardworking, talented technologists who collaborate to design and build innovative experiences & marketing solutions to power Colgate-Palmolive’s Digital Transformation and deliver measurable business value. What you will do: 

  • Lead the development and execution of a global digital advertising technology strategy, focusing on programmatic marketing, first-party data activation, and privacy-compliant data sharing through the implementation of a Data Cleanroom strategy
  • Design and be responsible for the technology roadmap for programmatic advertising, including technology selection, integration, rollout, and change management, while driving marketing automation capabilities to enhance user adoption and measure success through defined KPIs
  • Collaborate with global and divisional marketing teams to automate reporting, optimize ad buying platforms, and implement advanced analytics for audience profiling and optimization recommendations
  • Advance the acquisition technology strategy by improving audience segmentation, integrating data management technology, and optimizing targeted digital marketing experiences across various channels
  • Conduct data analysis and modeling to refine audience targeting, research emerging digital marketing technologies, and recommend solutions to improve digital advertising and analytics capabilities
  • Coordinate with software vendors, lead technical resource planning, and estimate project efforts to support scoping, pricing, and SOW negotiations for both internal and external staff augmentation

 

What you have (Required):

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 7 years professional experience working in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
  • Minimum of 5 years of Advertising Technology experience (Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, LiveRamp, DSPs, exposure to using Identity graph) and Martech/marketing data technologies (CRM, CMS, CDP, preferably using Adobe, Salesforce,or Google tools) 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience deploying Clean Room technology to drive data sharing and activation
  • Experience with LiveRamp/Google/Facebook/Digital Paid Media at a practical application level, including knowledge on how to stand up, run, and analyze the results of campaigns
  • Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to handle project implementations and backlogs 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer relationship building skills, organization and project management abilities
  • Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including cloud-based marketing solutions

 

What you have (preferred)

  • 4+ years experience using or implementing/supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud; 2+ years implementing Salesforce Data Cloud
  • 4+ years experience with Google Cloud Platform including Big Query, Data Fusion, Data Prep, Data Studio
  • 3+ years experience with Snowflake
  • Experience using Datorama or similar marketing analytics tools
  • Experience implementing additional marketing technology including Google Analytics and SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya)
  • Experience working cross functionally within brand marketing, ecommerce, or direct to consumer functions
  • Strong analytical skills; must be proficient in analyzing and interpreting data from third-party platforms and adapt to custom internal tools
     

 


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115,000.00 - $175,000.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
