As a Scientist, you will work on development and implementation of personal care products. We are looking for entry level scientists who are passionate about science and bring consumer relevant products to the market.
Responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of new formulations and providing technical support. Specific activities include formula optimization, validation, scale-up, in conjunction with Supply Chain, and implementation.

Partnering with marketing and cross-functional teams to build project timelines

Actively participating in cross-functional teams, regional Consumer Innovation Centers, Global Technology Centers, Technology Insights, Clinical, Regulatory and Global Supply Chain to develop and validate new concepts and products and ensure flawless commercialization including experimental design, measurement science, and formulation.

Creating and maintaining all required documentation such as project timelines, formula databases, tech transfer checklists, proof of claims, registration documents, NODs, change control documents, technical justifications, claims support fundamentals.

Managing independently multiple product design and implementation initiatives, effectively utilizing both internal and external resources to achieve project objectives.

Initiate and manage multiple stability studies per ICH guidelines

Staying abreast of supplier and competitor’s new developments.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Physical Sciences or related science

At least 1 year of product formulation, evaluation and testing experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Strong communication skills

Basic formulation experience in personal care product development formulating cleansers, emulsions, serums, gels.

Leadership skills in working with teams, project partners and external contract manufacturers
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
