The Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) Analyst will drive supply chain activities focusing on meeting customer goals, understanding data trends to support planning, and innovating current processes to increase customer teamwork through analytics development. This role will influence the customer's forecast, plan and implement events, and own the customer supply relationship to ensure key performance indicators (OTIF, In-Stock, Fill-Rate, etc.) are supervised and met. This role will be also responsible for establishing relationships with internal supply chain contacts including Demand Planning, Transportation, Warehousing, and several other functions.


Location: Piscataway, NJ (hybrid) or Chicago, IL (hybrid)


What you will do:

  • Provide and maintain the internal forecast and demand plan by demonstrating internal and customer data
  • Work cross-functionally with our centralized demand planning team to support the customer and Colgate strategic critical metrics
  • Builds positive relationships with our customers and improves the data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement
  • Supports the order to invoice team, by supervising via SAP reports the accurate flow of order management as well as supporting and escalating execution with our customer and commercial teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, customer engagement, supply chain
  • APO knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite


Preferred Qualifications:

  • BI reporting, Tableau, Domo
  • SAP S/4
