The Role

This is a Project Coordinator / Program Manager with responsibility to lead Global Applications Marketing projects and handle the platform backlog. Works with and reports status to business and vendor partners, and IT leads. Implements business partners strategic Global Marketing objectives and resolves how to best meet business initiatives through the effective delivery of technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other digital product teams, business partners, executive sponsors, and partners as needed to work within any program level initiatives, including participating in required planning and coordination sessions

  • Support project initiatives and facilitate the delivery of scrum teams in multi-functional story definition, daily stand up meetings, release planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, etc.

  • Ensure quality assurance for development, testing, implementation & documentation of IT systems completed by regional and support shared service organizations

  • Collaborate closely with the operations teams to ensure the new functional configuration is moved into production environments without unintended impact on business units

  • Participate in alignment on digital product enhancements and release timing

  • Supervise and communicate delivered value, development velocity and cadence

  • Support and grow skills in global Marketing technology across content and experience management systems, eCommerce and automated marketing strategy systems.


Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing and/or IT jobs with growing levels of responsibility

  • A proven track record of performance with at least 2 years experience with project management methodologies; preferably Agile/Scrum and increasing responsibility in similar size organization

  • Experience working with and coordinating JIRA Projects

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to express sophisticated technical concepts in business terms and business needs into technical specifications

  • Good ability to adapt to changing environment and navigate ambiguity, technologies, individuals and cultures

  • Broad understanding of IT, business processes, brand marketing, eCommerce and product innovation


Preferred Requirements

  • Project Management Certification

  • Experience with managing hybrid vendor/internal and local and out-sourced teams

  • Experience implementing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or other web content and experience management systems

  • Ability to define, align and direct development across different technical standards, Database, Platform, 3rd party integration, UX and UI
