We are excited to invite applications for the position of Product Manager within our Colgate Connected Health team. Operating within the world's leading Oral Care Company, Colgate Connected Health is a growing team of people inspired by the possibility of leveraging new technology to make everyday life healthier. We launched our first product in Apple stores in 2018 and have been growing our portfolio ever since. In addition to the first manual connected toothbrush - Colgate M1, our portfolio also includes CES award winners Colgate Magik and Plaqless Pro and the latest offering which has generated lots of buzz - hum by Colgate.


As we continue to realize our ambitions we are searching for a Product Manager to join the team to lead delivery of our Connected Health to help deliver our ambitious roadmap. The ideal candidate is experienced in product management, is highly self-motivated and can work well across a diverse and evolving team of both internal and external partners. They are a selfstarter, eager to use data and insights to exceed customer and consumer expectations and a great facilitator who can work with divisional teams to align requirements/feature needs to support launches across geographies.


What you will do

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap with internal stakeholder our partners based on user insights
  • Benchmark our offerings against competition
  • Support the design of new features with our UX/UI and development teams
  • Organize user tests, propose recommendations for improvement and seek validation with our partners
  • Ensure the app experience and design is consistent with the Colgate brand and legal requirements
  • Participate with Colgate leadership and our partners to define the roadmap definition through the ideation of new features
  • Set up dashboards and track the proper analytics to make sure the product meets expectations and is easy to use
  • Liaise between our Business Partners (internal and external) and our Analytics team to monitor and prioritize data science efforts
  • Oversee testing of the ecosystem (apps and portals) and ensure appropriate test plans are in place for external testers
  • Help evangelize the product and prepare for global launches, including prioritizing business partner and country specific requests
  • Consolidate and communicate the roadmap with our regional business teams
  • Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations
  • Support end-to-end efforts to develop and adhere to project plans / schedules / deliverables
  • Ensure project timelines are appropriately managed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Release management of apps to Apple App Store and Google Play store
  • Coordinate and communicate app release schedule
  • Manage training of customer support teams
  • Use 1P data to personalize experience in the app
  • Analyze product metrics and trends to assess consumer engagement and opportunity areas
  • Identify bugs and opportunities for improvement
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Marketing or similar degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Project/Product Manager or Product Owner
  • Experience working on Agile/SCRUM development teams
  • Experience as a Project/Product Manager or Product Owner in the mobile IoT, Mobile App or Web space
  • Proficiency in leveraging Google Analytics / Firebase or equivalent
  • Leveraging User Centric Design and applying User Experience concepts


Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence), Trello and Google Analytics
  • Managing development of applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM.
  • Experience in game design or mobile game production
