Description:
Part of the Total Rewards Community of Expertise, this position will provide Compensation consulting to our Global Functions, with a primary focus on the Global Supply Chain and Global Technology organizations.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Executing the Total Rewards strategy and procedures in accordance with business needs.

Acting as a resource to Managers and Human Resources Business Partners on Total Rewards practices including pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretations and job evaluations.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and appropriateness of Total Rewards programs and practices.
-
Participating in and reviewing market benchmark surveys
-
Participating in local, regional and global Total Rewards project teams, both as a member and as a lead.

Providing expertise to address escalated complex inquiries.
-
Partnering with the business to develop Total Rewards programs that will attract and retain key talent.

Leveraging technology for continuous improvement in administration of programs.
-
Provide technical expertise on compensation policies and procedures, strategy, compliance and design.

Lead and participate in transformation efforts to ensure continuous improvement and improved effectiveness of ourTotal Rewards plans & programs.

Create education and communications materials to ensure understanding of the programs by HR business partners, leadership and plan participants
Skills & Experience Required:
-
Successful candidates will have 7+ years progressive Human Resources experience.
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
-
Experience with SuccessFactors and SAP
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Problem solving and analytical skills.
-
The ability to interface with all levels of Management and work independently.
-
Project management.
-
The ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education:

BS/BA Degree
Travel:

As needed. Piscataway based with occasional attendance at the New York office.
