Ownership and accountability for technologies that enable talent development, career and succession planning. Leads the development of HR technology, and crafts the objectives and roadmap along with People Systems processes and analytics catering to the talent development vertical in a high growth environment. Manages the design, implementation and support of HR systems with the goal of leveraging technology and adopting best practices from benchmark companies to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity. Plans and builds a technology systems roadmap that integrates all vendors, technologies and systems with company software systems as its core to maximize process efficiency and employee experience in the talent
development space. Additional responsibility to co-lead the HR EDM transformation to Cloud and related HR digital transformation .


What you will do

  • Provide leadership and guidance to functional consultants and technical developers to develop and implement HR systems in the areas of People development, Performance and Goals Management and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central transformation
  • Collaborate with Business Leaders and stakeholders from the People Development team, business services teams and centers of excellence on key system design and process decisions
  • Lead project management with offshore development center and software vendors to design, develop and implement systems in the core areas of People development, Performance and Goals Management, co lead the EDM transformation project
  • Partner with the various CoHRE and CBS teams on HR processes in Talent Development, Performance and Goals Management
  • Coach team members in the areas of communication skills, career paths, promoting a positive work environment through formal and informal feedback sessions
  • Co-own all talent management systems (Career Development, Talent Planning, Performance Management) programs together with business and HR solutions leaders
  • Support leadership development by working together with Business Leaders to identify current and projected leadership and functional capability gaps and to develop technology solutions to improve
  • You are a Collaboratoro In this role, you’ll collaborate to support the business unit or function with Human resources teams including Business HR, CBS HR, (shared services), and COEs and with business teams to develop technology solutions that improve performance and anticipate business needs. You help establish proactive and responsive channels of communication to understand and address the tech needs of the organization in the areas of Career and People Development.
  • Implements talent management systems and drive data consistency in cooperation with HR management and based upon priorities set by steering committee.
  • Drive new releases from start to end: project management, new capabilities, manage the re-release center, implement new configuration and coordinate test efforts.
  • Partner with HR functional leads in Talent Development, Performance and Goals Management to drive best practice business processes leveraging system capabilities.
  • Serve as steward of user experience; monitor system adoption and user feedback; ensure the development of tools, support materials, and training to maximize system adoption and leverage for all technologies.
  • Oversee change requests from HR and IT to ensure that the scope of each approved project is executed with high quality.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of hands on IT experience in HR Technology systems (SAP HCM, Success Factors)

  • At least 2 years of project implementation experience

  • Strong project management, presentation, and facilitation skills required
  • Proficiency with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to talk about data to stakeholders and provide guidance during critical times.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in one or more HR systems within specialty Areas like People Development, Career Development, Succession Planning, Performance and Goals Management
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI
  • Proficiency with SAP-HR and Success Factors systems
  • Ability to successfully partner with HR and IT teams on processes and system solutions.
