As a forward-thinking Quality expert, the Manager, Global Quality Compliance Training will play a meaningful role in partnering with the Global Learning team to design, implement, and deliver comprehensive quality training programs.  This role is pivotal in driving quality excellence throughout the organization, aligning with international quality standards and regulatory requirements.

 

This person will maintain and enhance global standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)and other Quality training materials to support a culture of continuous learning and regulatory compliance.

 

What you will do

  • Training Program Development and Implementation in partnership with Global Learning Organization:
    • Define, implement, and deliver robust training programs covering global quality standards, procedures, and best practices
    • Develop training modules for initial onboarding, regular refresher courses, and specialized training for various functional areas 
    • Utilize a variety of training delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms to ensure accessibility for all employees
    • Build Quality Curriculum with target audiences identified for Quality training initiatives
  • Documentation including Quality Standards, SOP:
    • Collaborate with the SMEs, develop, maintain, and enhance global standards and SOPs to align with international best practices and regulatory requirements
    • Ensure quality documentation is easily accessible and comprehensible to all employees
    • Regularly review and update documentation to reflect changes in regulations, technology, and industry practices
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
    • Review the effectiveness of training programs done through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics provided by Global learning and local Quality teams
    • Recommend or make necessary adjustments to training content and delivery methods to ensure continuous improvement
    • Collaborate with the Certification and Compliance team and the Global learning team to identify areas for enhancing the quality and compliance training program for the needs of both today and planning for the future organizational needs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Collaborate closely with Technology, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align training and documentation practices with operational needs
    • Work with the internal audit team to ensure training programs and documentation meet internal quality standards and pass external audits
    • Act as a liaison between the Global Quality Compliance and other departments to ensure seamless integration and consistency in training  practices
  • Regulatory Compliance and Standards:
    • Ensure all training and documentation activities comply with international regulations and quality standards (e.g. GMP)
    • Stay updated on changes in global regulatory environments and adjust training and documentation accordingly

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience in Quality in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food and beverage)
  • Experience with Quality compliance, training, and/or documentation within a global organization needed. 
  • Solid understanding of international quality standards and regulatory requirements  
  • Experience in a GMP environment
  • Training delivery skills
  • Proficient in documentation management and SOP development and digital learning platforms and quality management systems (QMS)

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • Flexibility to work across multiple time zones to accommodate a global workforce
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $115.200,00 - $163.000,00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
