Our Global Learning team is looking for a creative, highly-skilled Instructional Designer to join our Design & Development team. In this role, you will influence organizational growth by designing and curating innovative, learner-centric experiences that drive measurable behavior change. You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to develop future-ready learning solutions using Agile methodologies and cutting-edge digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile Learning Sprints with project teams to analyze discovery results and define measurable learning solutions aligned with business goals.

  • Design and Develop high-impact learning experiences (eLearning, ILT/VILT, and digital pathways) using Agile / ADDIE, Design Thinking, and models like Bloom’s Taxonomy to ensure real-world application.

  • Use Design Thinking / User Testing to capture learner needs and iterate quickly

  • Leverage AI and Digital Tools to streamline the development process to create course assets and e-learning materials

  • Experiment with novel approaches and use creativity to foster learning and engagement and increase productivity and effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders and external vendors to uphold Global Learning standards while navigating multiple rounds of revisions and project updates.

  • Research emerging trends, propose new ideas and facilitate peer upskilling sessions  

  • Articulate, negotiate, and recommend tailored learning solutions with internal/external project teams

  • Create and maintain project plans

  • Manage / participate in special projects, vendor relations, GL maintenance, admin. tasks, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing corporate learning solutions.
  • Experience with action mapping or task analysis
  • Experience creating design documents such as Design Strategies, Content Outlines, Scripts, and Storyboards
  • Experience creating ILT/VILT materials, eLearning modules and videos; and creating / curating learning pathways. .
  • Proficiency in technical authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, and Google Suite.
  • Expertise in Agile development and managing global project teams through multiple rounds of revisions.
  • Portfolio submission is required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and project planning software like Monday.com.

  • Advanced skills in User Experience (UX) Design, gamification, and intermediate data analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Synthesia) and AI prompting to create code or custom designs.

  • Background in CPG or similar industries with global functions and diverse audiences.

  • Strong background in User Experience (UX) Design, gamification, and learning platforms (e.g., EdApp).

Portfolio Submission Examples

  • Examples from Analysis & Design Process, i.e. outline, task analysis, action map, design strategy.

  • Examples of an elearning storyboard and video script

  • Examples of finished products—one of each: Short video, Short eLearning (Demo is acceptable), Facilitator Deck for ILT/VILT with speaker notes, AI used in the Learning experience, and one Learning Activity (ie, Group / Breakout room, with Case Study)

  • Example of use of AI in design and/or development work


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200.00 - $117,500.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
