The GSC Innovation Analyst is a key role responsible for supporting major H2/H3 global innovation initiatives from ideation to GoTo-Market. It communicates global innovation progress, updates and KPI's to Global and Divisional Leadership and E2E leadership for global innovation for internal and external manufactured products. It's key interfaces include Global Marketing, P&D, I&S and PD&I, Global Procurement, Global Demand, Regional Network Operations, Engineering and plant teams. This position requires elements of both a business role and a technical role, suiting someone with an inquisitive nature who enjoys problem solving and is able to practically apply a data-driven model to a real life business situation. You will need strong communication and project management skills to collaborate with project teams and drive the successful completion of modelling studies. You will join a collaborative team who enjoy supporting and learning from each other to continuously expand our knowledge and capabilities.


What you will do

• Innovation Implementation ◦ Collaborates with Commercial and Technology Partners and major stakeholders in the implementation and rollout H2/H3 global innovation initiatives. ◦ Create compelling data visualizations to communicate results with impact and clarity

• Communication and Visibility ◦ Provides global innovation progress, updates and KPI’s to Global and Divisional Leadership and E2E leadership for global ◦ Maintain appropriate communication with stakeholders including regular status reporting. ◦ Identify performance improvement opportunities and effectively communicate findings. ◦ Create compelling data visualizations to communicate results with impact and clarity

• Profitable Growth ◦ Identify paths to profitability for H2/H3 initiatives and lead the alignment process to implement them

• Supply Design for scale up ◦ Participate in the creation of agile and profitable supply alternatives for global H2/H3 innovation scale up.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Complies with all policies and standards


Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

• At least 4 years Supply Chain experience for large FMCG company or similar

• A strong aptitude for and interest in systems, data and analytics.

• Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver multiple projects in parallel on time with excellent customer satisfaction.


Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in advanced excel analysis (macros) or programming (Python, R, etc.).

• Specialization in Operation Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics.

• Modeling experience.

• Experience with databases and SQL language

• Previous experience in SAP.

• Experience with visualization & analytics tools (Examples: Tableau, DOMO, Power BI, Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru & Data Guru, Alteryx).
