The role

The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst plays an integral role in the implementation of new Supply Chain applications supporting our goals for a fully integrated, end to end, digital supply chain. The analyst must be able to apply conceptual knowledge of the supply chain to implement solutions that satisfy all business requirements and engage with business leadership and key users at the global, divisional and regional level. This role will focus on SAP applications supporting the integration with our co-Manufacturer and co-Packer partners.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions and works with global and divisional areas and other stakeholders to define and document Supply Chain Make requirements to integrate co-Manufacturer and co-Packers.
  • Participate in the planning of strategic Supply Chain Make projects, and lead the implementation of multiple complex IT projects simultaneously with adherence to Global IT 5-steps project implementation framework.
  • Analyze research and resolve requests to enhance existing integrations or integrate new co-Manufacturer and co-Packers submitted by Supply Chain business teams, using existing technologies and ensuring the solution is aligned with divisional goals and GIT strategies
  • Stay on top of project management and development initiatives and provides timely updates to Supply Chain business teams and technology stakeholders. Answer business/policy-related questions which require research and consultation with others internally and externally.
  • Serve as liaison between Supply Chain business owner and stakeholders and the development team. Ensures the development team understands business processes by creating technical specifications and supporting documentation, as needed.
  • Provide support to IT Supply Chain solutions based on area of expertise, and coordinates the resolution of issues with required functional and technical IT teams.
  • Support IT Supply Chain solutions implemented based on area of expertise, and coordinate issue resolution with designated IT functional and technical resources.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards
     

 

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • At least 5 years experience in an IT role configuring and implementing SAP ECC or S/4 modules.
  • At least 2 years of hands on IT experience in  SAP S4 MM, QM and PP modules
  • At least 2 years of project implementation experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Able to adapt and work effectively with a variety of situations, individuals, and technologies.

 

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Business
  • Master's Degree Technical Discipline
  • Experience with SAP Materials Management, Quality Management, and Production Execution in a consumer goods or pharmaceutical industry with strong use of batch management and quality processes
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming
  • Experience implementing IDOCS, BAPI’s, RFC or ALE interfaces
  • Experience with any of the following applications: SAP Quality Management and/or Production planning, SAP Advanced Track & Trace for Pharmaceuticals (ATTP), or GORBIT Multi-batch
  • IT or Business work experience for a consumer goods organization
  • Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming.
