  • Elevate our Learning Catalog; dive into data and spreadsheets that bring our front-end catalog to life, ensuring Colgate-Palmolive employees have access to cutting-edge learning resources.

  • Craft and curate innovative MindSpark Plans & Pathways on our Learning Experience Platform, shaping the future of learning at Colgate-Palmolive.

  • Amplify our Learning & Development narrative by creating engaging posts for our internal HR Communities website, connecting and inspiring colleagues across the globe.

  • Design and support instructional materials, from crafting compelling learning objectives and learner journeys to developing scripts, storyboards, and assessments that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Produce and assist in the creation of captivating digital assets such as videos, course decks, job-aids, animated videos/GIFs, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and visuals that transform learning experiences.

  • Engage with a spectrum of partners, including Learning Partners, Colgate Business Services, Business HR professionals, and vendors, to support functional project needs with your exceptional communication skills.

  • Provide essential administrative support for Global Learning needs, including coordinating invites and managing logistics with precision and flair.

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree

  • Experience with Generative AI Tools to push the boundaries of innovation in learning.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $20.00 - $23.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
