Colgate-Palmolive is offering an outstanding internship opportunity for someone who has a strong interest in pursuing a career in Global Human Resources, allowing you to integrate academic knowledge and career goals with learning through productive work experiences. This will be a great chance for you to get a first-hand look and experience in Human Resources (HR) Management and HR technologies.


This intern will be playing a key role in the following projects and activities:

 

Training development - create training materials to support the launch of new HR technology

 

Change management - draft communications plans to support the launch of new HR technology

 

HR technology testing - assist with the testing of new HR technology prior to launch

 

 

Requirements:

  • Current college or university student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with a preferred concentration in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, Marketing, Communication or related majors
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Proficiency in Google Suite Tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides)
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize
  • Analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a corporate business environment is preferred
  • Experience in a Human Resources Department is a plus
