The HRBP partners with the Global Engineering, Demand, Supply & Strategy, and Skin Health leaders in Global Supply Chain to deliver the Human Resources strategies that will support the company’s business objectives. The HRBP maintains a strategic and operational view that links the role of HR to the needs of the business.
 
Areas of responsibility include:
 
Organization and Talent Development
Develop and implement strategic organization plans that align with the Global Supply Chain needs to meet short and long term objectives
Connect with and address talent needs for development and growth
Engage leaders and managers in cultivating a coaching culture
Ensure the delivery of appropriate training and development programs that provide the needed
knowledge and skills to drive at business objectives
Lead the organization’s succession planning process and drive talent decisions within local and/or division opportunities
 
Change management
Lead change and engage stakeholders in change efforts
Provide guidance in times of ambiguity
Develop and implement effective communication plans
 
Performance management
Understand performance measurements and coordinate the performance management process
Provide coaching to all management regarding team members performance
Ensure managers have guidance and resources through all performance enhancement programs
 
Talent Acquisition
Ensure sourcing and selection of talents in alignment with company principles and guidelines.
Support global moves
 
Employee Relations
Drives engagement of the workforce through employee communication and engagement initiatives in line with company’s strategy
Manages disciplinary actions and terminations according to local regulations and company policies.
 
Qualifications
B.S. required, and advanced degree in Human Resources preferred
7 or more years experience in Human Resources
Strong leadership and influence skills
Strong preference for analytical capability
Ability to work in teams and across different functions
Ability to act as a change agent – to deliver HR solutions in organizational change. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to changing business conditions
