The Global Quality Digital Systems Specialist is responsible to:
- Lead and drive the digitization initiatives to move the Quality processes and procedures to simplified and efficient paperless digital tools.
- Identify and develop the Quality Systems analytics to support better business decisions.
- Responsible for the Global Quality and Micro digital systems administration from the business side to assure access control, data standardization and data integrity.
- Identify, support and implement opportunities to automate, simplify and digitize Quality processes and procedures to digital workflows, eSignature and other available digital tools.
- Develop and provide the global guidance and rules to standardize the usage of tools to specific scenarios and harmonize practices.
- Liaise with the GIT teams, Global Engineering, Supply Chain and Technology Systems teams and the Quality Regional and local teams to identify, evaluate and implement digital solutions.
- Manage and support the evaluation and implementation of an upgraded Global Quality System. Participate in the design, configuration, validation and implementation for the global rollout of the system. Specifically lead the Documentation Management System and the Management of Change modules implementation.
- Become a subject matter expert in the digital Global Quality System and Quality digital tools. Develop and conduct training and foster their usage. Continue post launch support on issue resolution, working as a liaison between Quality, GIT and the vendor to ensure all issues are addressed.
- Maintain, update and control the master databases and users of the Global Quality Systems as Global Quality System Administrator. These systems and programs include among others, the Mock Recovery audit dashboard data, the External Regulatory Quality Inspections database, the Micro performance Indicator System (QAMPI), On-Shelf Quality digital tool and the upgraded Global Quality System. Find opportunities to simplify and automate the databases maintenance, consolidation and update.
- Develop and maintain helpful Quality Management Systems analytics and visualizations for all regions to understand the status, supervise and analyze performance and identify trends for better management and compliance of the Quality Systems.
- Support the Quality communication internally with the Quality community around the globe and externally with Quality business partners to foster positive engagement and collaboration and drive compliance. The activities, programs and initiatives include but are not limited to the Quality Newsletter, the Global Quality Quarterly Meeting (QQM) and the Global Quality and Regulatory Summit.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Biology or related science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Quality-related environment and cGMP compliance.
- Ability to learn new digital tools, develop strategies and implement digital solutions.
- Process mapping and technical writing skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Minimum 5 years Technology or Supply Chain experience
- Pharmaceutical industry experience in Quality management, data integrity and systems validation.
- Background with visualization and analytics (Tableau, Data Studio or similar)
- Basic programming skills (java, scripts or similar)
- Proficiency with Google tools (sheets, docs, slides, forms, Data Studio)
- Adobe Sign and AODocs digital workflow tools
