We are excited to invite applications to join the Hill's Digital Applications group within our Global Information Technology Organization as a Front End Developer supporting our Vet & Pet digital experiences. You are driven to understand business goals and implement high-quality solutions that deliver performance, maintainability and scalability. You will join an agile team, building a variety of high-profile applications using modern tools and infrastructure including Customer Data Platforms and Customer Identity & Access Management solutions. This position has the full remote option with preference in Piscataway, NJ location

 

What you will do

  •  Develop and style registration and account management forms in SAP Customer Data Cloud
  • Create great user experiences for internal & consumer-facing web applications
  • Improve website performance, SEO, accessibility, and security
  • Write tests to validate acceptance criteria
  • Provide input on UX and design
  • Pair with other developers and work independently
  • Help improve processes and communication
  • Innovate and demonstrate ideas with proof-of-concept projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or similar field
  • At least 3 years experience developing or supporting web applications
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, both in browser and Node.js
  • Experience using reactive JavaScript frameworks, such as React, Vue or Angular

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with identify and preference management platforms such as SAP CDC/Gigya
  • Experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or similar identity management platforms
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms, such as BlueConic
  • Experience with Marketing Technology including Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Manager Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Working on Agile/Scrum development teams
  • Exposure to A/B testing
  • Familiarity with data privacy concepts (GDPR, CCPA, PCI, HIPAA)
