Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated and result-oriented Digital Transformation Specialist to drive and execute AI-led digital transformation as well as our Data and Analytics North Star initiatives within the Global Procurement Organization, while fostering cross-functional collaboration. As the project manager and change agent, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of our digital agenda, ensuring the successful delivery of high-impact AI transformational projects, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve best-in-class procurement performance.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and strategic thinking to facilitate the digital transformation of the procurement function.
Main Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of the digital transformation agenda for Global Procurement, with a primary focus on AI-driven innovation and process optimization, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and objectives.

Act as the project manager for key digital initiatives, overseeing planning, development, rollout, and scaling of procurement digital solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GIT, Finance, GSC Digital team, and external partners, to develop and implement digital procurement strategies.

Drive the adoption and utilization of digital tools and AI technologies across Global Procurement.

Analyze current procurement processes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and deliver solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve data-driven decision-making, in collaboration with the Procurement Integration and Operation Centers.

Collaborate with the D3 and project owners to develop and monitor KPIs to measure the effectiveness and impact of digital initiatives.

Serve as a change champion, promoting digital ways of working, upskilling teams, and ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies.

Stay current with emerging digital, AI, and procurement trends to continuously advance the organization’s digital capabilities.

Lead the implementation of North Star team projects

Contribute to the development and execution of the digital transformation roadmap for the Procurement department, aligning with overall business objectives and technology strategies

Prepare and summarize presentations for the CPO, providing updates on project status, key achievements, and potential risks.

Stakeholder Management; engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate project updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.

3+ years of relevant experience in Digital Transformation, Procurement, and/or Project Management within a global organization.

Proven track record of executing digital and AI-enabled projects in procurement or supply chain environments.

Deep understanding of procurement processes, digital technologies, and AI applications in procurement and operations.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience executing digital transformation projects in multinational organizations.

Familiarity with procurement systems (SAP Ariba, AI Hub, etc.), automation tools (RPA), and AI-powered analytics platforms.

Strong project management skills, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change management.

Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional engagement.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate technology into business value.

Agile, results-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $83,200 - $117,500 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
