Job Title:  Digital Procurement Analyst

Join the digital procurement team working within the E2E Source-to-pay digital process and supporting the Procurement Digital Roadmap for Indirect and Direct procurement teams. You will be responsible for working directly with the 3rd party platform providers and other internal business partners to manage the Digital scope and results. Communication with all levels of the organization and global/local suppliers will be required.


The following activities will be performed:

  • Support development of technology/process to drive compliance of the Ariba e2e platform
  • Point of contact for System Support within the Ariba Modules and Procurement roadmap
  • Directly work with GIT to handle system loads, issue/roadblock analysis, testing and process development
  • Partner with Lead managers to influence timeline, drive resolution of any escalated issues, and other issues related to the e2e Ariba Platform
  • Accountable for successful execution of the scope of work including activities of planning, design, testing, implementation & post implementation recap of the roadmap landmarks
  • Partner with the change management lead to plan and execute activities globally
  • Provide clear communication and updates to the core project committee
  • Insure all business specific requirements are met and enforce to strict governance & audit standards
  • Work directly with the Service Procurement Operations Center supporting Indirect and Direct procurement teams
  • Design reporting/Tracking of KPIs & Value results and set up continuous improvement methodology using various software tools


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or relevant technical field
  • 4+ years of practical working experience in Procurement, Project Management, Finance, Information Systems or Supply Chain
  • Minimum of 2 years project management experience
  • A minimum of 1 year global project management
  • Data Studio/Tableau or similar reporting software


Preferred Qualifications:

  • An advanced degree (MBA) or professional certificate (CPM or CPSM or Project Management)
  • High customer services skills with multiple functions and regions
  • Ability to understand and lead technology based discussions
  • MS Project or other PM software experience
  • A good understanding of Source to Pay (S2P) and Procure to Pay (P2P) system and processes including Procurement Software such as SAP, Ariba e2e platform
