We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Data & Identity Technical Lead within our Global Digital Applications Team. Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, we are leveraging leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect. This role will support our Digital Marketing and Advertising Technology organization in deploying best in class technology to optimize and expand digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team to help realize our vision. This role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, as well as the implementation of Digital Marketing and Customer Identity and Access Management Technology. The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team.  Candidate needs to be a self-starter- eager to learn and leverage new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers.

What you’ll do

  • Function as a technology and strategy subject matter expert for Digital Marketing, ensuring the sound build and enhancement of our ecosystems while leading implementations for First Party Data Acquisition, Website Registration, Login, and Single Sign-On for consumers and professionals.
  • Partners with business stakeholders and product teams to define scope, project timing, architecture, user experience, resourcing, and prioritization. 
  • Contribute to architecture designs ensuring they align with best practices
  • Lead a matrixed team of developers  to ensure  project teams are adequately resourced
  • Manage overall project timelines, including identification and communication of critical path items, key milestones and cross-functional dependencies; actively communicate against timeline and plan for critical project tasks and required resources.
  • Manage CIAM Platform Governance to ensure standardized data collection and high levels of performance & reliability  
  • Understand the Company’s consumer and professional environment and how technology is used across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP Commerce andAdobe Experience Manager..
  • Liaise with developers (internal and external) to deliver global product solutions with CIAM integrations.


Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience leading and implementing enterprise, global, full-lifecycle (cloud-based) solutions
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience working in Information Technology 
  • Experience with a Customer Identity & Access Management system (i.e. SAP Customer Data Cloud)
  • Understanding of data management and data governance practices 
  • Understanding of governmental privacy regulations on the collection and use of customer data (such a GDPR and CCPA) and how this impacts customer data management.
  • Clear, concise and user-friendly interpersonal skills to easily transmit your ideas to any audience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong motivational and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on numerous assignments at one time with proven follow-through, attention to detail and dedication to business partnership 
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options and project direction
  • Ability to troubleshoot and support product development teams

 

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with implementing and/or supporting global preference centers and/or DSAR (Data Subject Access Request)
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or OneTrust, TrustArc
  • Experience with eCommerce solutions, SAP Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or VTEX
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager


Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $130,400.00 - $171,150.00 USD

Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:

  • Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
  • Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
  • Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
  • Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
  • Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
  • Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
