The Customer Analytics and Experience Manager position leads the customer analytics and experience team to champion the customers needs and work cross-functionality with the entire team. As someone working both strategically and tactically with the customers, this role will be in the best position to gain insights to better service the customer. It is a collaborative role which is focused on reducing, minimizing and preventing customer fines and defects related to fill rate, on time, shortages, damages, and quality standards set by each customer. This position analyzes internal and customer data to provide key insights and develops action plans to attack the cost drivers, then working with cross functional partners to ensure continuous improvement with compliance of internal efficiency programs and the customer’s vendor programs.
Responsibilities:

Provide analytics and data visualization to drive down cost and promote continuous improvement:

Provide and maintain data for key KPIs; provide trend analysis support on performance and report daily, weekly, monthly or as needed

Provide advanced analytics and insights to drive costs out of the supply chain and find efficiencies with our customers

Creates and maintains tools and reports to analyze business changes and cost impact

Coordinates Business Reviews to actively engage customer counter parts and facilitate identification of supply chain efficiencies and customer customization requirements

Leverages Colgate and Customer data to facilitate information sharing and continuous improvement

Ensures learning’s are captured throughout analysis and leverages lessons learned from prior initiatives to optimize results

Work with cross functional Teams to implement best practice to drive operational excellence which includes but not limited to resolution of load and packaging quality issues, damage and case pick reduction, and on time/in full performance

Understands and communicates ongoing customer needs to help Colgate evolve to service the customer efficiently.

Offers insights to needed capabilities to provide a seamless customer experience

Ad Hoc Report Management

Support Customer Projects; align with key functional experts and stakeholders to provide critical financial, logistics and customer analysis, as well as tracking and monitoring.

Lead small scale customer projects

What you need for this position:

BS/BA in Business, Supply Chain or related field
-
5+ years experience in Supply Chain, understanding of supply chain principles i
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Pivot tables, vlookup, slicers) with the ability to create tools, manipulate, and analyze data
-
Strong Functional / Technical knowledge of Supply Chain processes
-
Passion for continuous improvement
-
Strong data analytics and visualization skills
It’s an advantage to have:

Tableau, Cost to Serve, Qlikview, Google sheets, Retail Link/Luminate, Google Data Studio

SAP System knowledge: including R/3, Business Warehouse, APO

Experience with customer data and/or navigating customer portals
