What role will you play as a member of the Colgate's Information Technology team? 

 

We are excited to invite applications for the position of Business Process Analyst, supporting the digitization of our laboratories and R&D groups. We are looking for an inquisitive, self-starter with an aptitude for learning new technologies and processes. Your ability to collaborate with diverse team members and strive for continuous improvement will help continue the transformation of our partner functions. The position is within the Global Technology category within GIT's Global Applications group and reports into the Manager of Lab / EOHS Systems. 

 

 

What you will do:

  • Globally deploy and support our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), OpenLab, Regulatory, and EOHS applications

  • Manage escalations and re-prioritization of software application issues with our business partners and software vendors

  • Work directly with the R&D, Quality, and EOHS business functions to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives and implement relevant systems

  • Liaise with the Enterprise Service Center and act as the technical resource to ensure system reliability and performance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Complies with all policies and standard

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least 3 years in a technical IT role, developing, configuring and implementing software applications

  • Strong oral & written communication skills

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Should be flexible and adaptable to new technologies

  • Ability to work with a cross functional team.

  • Team player and entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify root cause

  • Process oriented with strong attention to detail.

 

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, similar degree or experience.

  • Project management skills.

  • JasperSoft or Crystal Reports experience

  • Experience with SAP Quality Management

  • Knowledge of EOHS and regulatory processes

  • Working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases

 

 

 

Salary Range $86,400 - $126,840 USD

Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
