The Associate Finance Manager Supply Chain is responsible for supporting the North America Finance Supply Chain team. The position plays an active role in budgeting, supervising and analyzing supply chain end to end cost including material and both internal and external manufacturing cost. The position reports to the Associate Director, Supply Chain Finance.
Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:
● Lead overall NA costing process, working closely with Plant Controllers and finance team, External Manufacturing, Procurement, Commercial Finance, and CBS.
● Analyze and verify overall supply chain end to end costs to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
● Support the annual budgeting, LE, quarterly forecasting and Cost of Sales process.
● Coordinate half yearly and ad hoc standard cost updates, perform monthly variances analysis, Funding the Growth performance and communicate key drivers.
● Investigate and resolve Raw-Pack Material/external manufacturing vendor discrepancies related to price and quantity.
● Analyze and distribute expenses at sub brand level, working with various B&P Managers to ensure accuracy of manufacturing expense distribution.
● Coordinate Supply Chain Finance month end close, perform reporting & analysis on monthly margin performance.
● Support the Plant annual budgeting, LE and quarterly forecasting process. Collaborate with Plant Controllers to consolidate spending data for the budget/LE process.
● Analyze and assess cause and effect relationships relating to sourcing changes between company plants and external manufacturing.
● Perform P&L cost valuations, ad-hoc analysis, and special projects upon request.
● Prepare monthly inventory reconciliations working closely with procurement and external manufacturers.
● Supervise internal and external Raw Pack Material inventory and cost process flow in close collaboration with the procurement organization.
● Ensure internal control in procurement and external manufacturing areas eg. SOX documentation, testing & issues resolution.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
● MBA/CPA preferred
● 3-5 years of financial experience required, previous US operations experience a plus
● Sophisticated SAP skills required
● Strong Spreadsheet and organization skills
● Strong communication skills as well as planning and priority setting abilities
● Analytical skills plus strong attention to detail and quality assurance
● Team/relationship building skills: ability to collaborate with people from various functions/fields

Salary Range $107,760 - $158,445 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
