At Colgate-Palmolive, we offer an exceptional Internship Program within the Global Information Technology Department. This internship is a six-month paid program, starting in the summer and continuing into the fall as part-time with opportunity to extend. Our program provides Interns with the opportunity to work with a global and diverse workforce as well as apply their conceptual knowledge of business and technical skills within a global consumer products company. Throughout our program, Interns will gain exposure to the latest business practices and cutting edge technologies. Additionally, Interns will function as integral team members throughout the development life cycle by working with business and technical analysts to evaluate issues, develop solutions, implement processes, and support existing applications.
Each Intern is assigned to a unique team and project upon hire working in areas including Mobile Development, Full-Stack Development,, Front End Development, and more. This assignment will be based on what projects are available and the intern’s interests and skillset. Essentially, the program is a structured education strategy integrating the students’ academic knowledge and career goals with learning through productive work experiences in a sphere related specifically to Global Information Technology. Our Internship program provides students with valuable work experience as well as providing Colgate-Palmolive with a source of highly talented candidates.

Requirements:

Must currently be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a college or university with a graduation date of or later than December 2023

Majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business/ IT Systems Management, or a related field

A minimum GPA of 2.8

Documentation of authorization to work in the United States, not requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future

Technical knowledge and skills, completed course work, projects, or relevant work related experience

Familiarity with programming languages and web-related technologies

Previous work experience in software development is a plus

This position is offered as fully remote or hybrid

Fully remote with preference located in EST or CST

Hybrid at our Piscataway, NJ office location (specific times/days are flexible)

This position requires a 6-month commitment (June-Dec)

Must be available to work full-time during the summer and part-time (minimum 15-20 hours/week) during the academic year

Salary Range $21.50 - $31.00 USD
Pay is based on several non discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, skills and office location. In addition to your salary, Colgate-Palmolive offers a performance based bonus and competitive benefits package.
