Job Title:  Advanced Analytics Manager

The Manager, Advanced Analytics role will partner with the Data management and Data warehousing leaders in the development of solutions for business stakeholders and decision makers. The position
requires a solid understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate these into meaningful analytical solutions to support strategic business decisions.


● Works across all levels of an organization, leveraging organizational, interpersonal, presentation, and time-management skills.
● Manages complex programs and drive cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence co-workers while fostering strong working relationships.
● Develops, manages, and is accountable for the advanced analytics environments that support functional reporting solutions and data science platforms.
● Manages the development and implementation of prototypes and production-ready complex solutions for individual projects.
● Addresses complex business problems by applying advanced analytics to drive data-driven decision making.
● Provides supervision and development opportunities for onsite and offshore employees by training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
● Demonstrates high level proficiency for emerging Business Intelligence, Data Science and Statistics.
● Keeps informed of latest trends and developments in technologies and maintaining internally developed solutions.


Requiered basic qualifications: 

  • Bachelors degree in fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in applications development, Business Intelligence, Data Science and advanced analytics
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with enterprise data warehouse solutions including: integration of complex data sources for the deployment of decision support systems 
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree 
  • Deep knowledge of SQL
  • Solid working knowledge of visualization tools and data science platforms
  • Problem solving/continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong understanding of advanced statistical methods
  • Experience in scripting/statistical programming languages (Python, R, Javascript).
  • Strong communication skills
