We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Technical team in our Piraeus plant!
The role : Quality Technician - Lab Analyst
reporting to Lab Supervisor

After receiving the appropriate training, you will be responsible for :

• Media preparation for microbiological testing and chemical analysis solutions / reagents
• Sampling of raw materials, finished goods / environmental sampling for micro testing
• Laboratory housekeeping and equipment / glassware preparation for testing execution
• Chemical and microbiological quality control of raw materials and finished goods
• Laboratory instruments use and monitoring for well operation / participation in the maintenance and calibration program of lab equipment.
• Qualification and implementation of analytical / micro testing methods

What you need for this position:

• Academic background: Technological Educational Institute (TEI) related to Food Technology or equivalent
• Communication skills: Excellent command of Greek and English languages
• Digital literacy: PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Willingness to work in shifts schedule
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Drive to recognize process improvement opportunities and assist with their implementation

It’s an advantage to have:

• 2-4 years relevant laboratory experience
