Sale Forecast Coordinator

Reports To:

Supply Chain & Procurement Director


Purpose /Scope of Responsibility :

The Sales Forecast Coordinator leads the process and meetings for collecting and updating forecasts, and pilots activity reporting through key performance indicators (reliability of data feedback).


He/she is also responsible for collecting all data related to sales (data feedback, history, etc.).


He/she plays an essential role as an interface between the SC and the Marketing, Sales and Financial Departments.


He/she contributes to the improvement of customer satisfaction and to the company's performance by transcribing the various inputs into sales forecasts over a short, medium and long term horizon.


One of his key skills is his ability to take into account the different parameters of variation (growth or decline in volumes per period, management of launch cycles and management of regular products) likely to impact his forecasts and to challenge budgetary data or market trends.


Your main missions will be :

- Leading the demand review process with all channels, and according to the defined guidelines (frequency,..)

- Owner of the commercial tool, lead the overall sales forecast process, recommend action to improve DFA, lead the monthly sales & OP meeting, ensure teamwork and collaboration across the organization 

- Develop and deploy the continuous improvement plan for the sales forecasting process.

- Improvement of the process in collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Sc and Finance departments

- Animation of regular meetings with the sales departments

- Participation in budget review and revision

- Handling of the KPI


The Individual :



Bachelors Degree Engineering,  ( bac +5)



3 /5  years’ experience SC



Strong technical knowledge and experience with SAP/  Xcell and Demand  tools required
