Job Purpose 

We are looking for a self motivated, innovative,  passionate leader with deep Commercial eCommerce expertise to accelerate Filorga’s Online sales growth across European region, within the position scope of Pan-European Pure Players (Notino, The Hut Group, etc.).

Goals will be to 1/ deliver higher SOM across markets 2/ contribute to overall brand Profitability objectives, while leading the Digital Transformation in the eCommerce space for Filorga Europe. 

You will work internally with various stakeholders across our Global Digital and Sales teams, but also  with local contacts in markets. The main aim is to keep our products as competitive as possible and in the view of our consumers.


Main Responsibilities 

Pan European Pure Players customer engagement 

● Day to day contact for International Pure Players (Notino, The Hut Group, Shopapotheke) & broadening contact matrix 

● Present Filorga as the strategic partner of choice for eCommerce in Pure Players, sharing insights & performance updates internally & externally for your retailers vs agreed KPI’s 

● Work alongside the International Business Development team (direct reporting) & Global Digital team (dotted line reporting) to develop strategies that allow Filorga to win and grow online

● Define and allow implementation of online Joint Business Plans (eJBP) which help to achieve Filorga’s budgeted sales targets and SOM (share of market) goals for Pure Players at the best conditions. 

● Provide support for key projects being undertaken by key customers in this space. 

● If strategic, advocate and put in place openings of new Pure Players to partner with. 

● Be an active member of the Pure Players account team (including attending team meetings)


eCommerce ‘fundamentals’ implementation and acceleration 

● Driving best practices in the eCommerce fundamentals in Pure Players

● Leveraging existing business tools with Colgate Palmolive’s ecosystem to review & improve digital shelf fundamentals. 

● Work with Colgate Palmolive Online Acceleration Centre (OAC) and Digital Marketing manager to ensure Filorga has assets required to win online in your retailers 

● Work with France eKey Account Manager to share best practices and leverage on working patterns already implemented in France 

● Support improving the digital IQ of the organisation through Quarterly DigiIQ newsletter, participating in EU learning sessions and UK 

● Involvement in OAC eCommerce & digital marketing projects 


Media & search plan 

● Own annual media & search plan & implementation in Pure Players (Notino, The Hut Group, etc) customers aligned to in store shopper & promotional plan 

● Work alongside International Business Development team to manage budgets for eCommerce in Pure Players and provide recommendations to optimise SOM and ROI

● Conduct and document test and learns for online innovation and growth & measure impact of Online 

● Identify new growth opportunities through new strategical Pure Players and help prioritise the key areas of focus 

● Drive test and learn agenda with e-retail partners, with opportunity to scale up 


Commercial delivery 

● Contribute to development & reporting eCommerce P+L for key Pure customers which can be taken into the Monthly Commercial Process. 

● Online KPI reporting for Pure Players customers including eCom scorecards ● Demonstrate commercial acumen in interrogating the business, in order to swiftly identify issues and opportunities for resolution/optimisation. 



● Educated to degree level 

● Minimum 10 years of Business experience, of which minimum 5 leading eCommerce commercial activities at European level

● Relevant experience in Europe and with proven success in managing negotiations and launches with PurePlayers, including Amazon Notino and the Hut Group required

● Ecommerce or digital marketing experience, or elements of exposure to

● Analytical ability with strong teamwork approach
